CLASSES FOR HOMESCHOOLED STUDENTS

• Lessons are held at Rachelle's home in the Raleigh Court area of Roanoke (near the Grandin Theatre).
   
• Each six-week HOMESCHOOL session costs $80 per student (materials included).  A $55 discounted sibling rate is available for the second child in any one family!
   
• Classes will be limited to no more than ten students at a time.  We will need at least six participants to run the class.
   
• Rachelle works with students as young as 6 and as old as 18 in her art classes.  She tries to schedule students of similar ages together.
   
• A new session of HOMESCHOOL art lessons will begin in March!  It will be on Thursday mornings, 9:30-11:00 a.m., March 1-April 5.
   
• HOMESCHOOLED students are also welcome to attend AFTER-SCHOOL classes (see below) if that works better with your schedule!

AFTER-SCHOOL CLASSES

• AFTER-SCHOOL classes are for elementary and early middle-school children.  Students must be in kindergarten or above.
   
• A new session of AFTER-SCHOOL art lessons will begin in March!  It will be on Thursday afternoons, 3:00-4:30 p.m., March 1-April 5..

SUMMER ART CAMPS

We are excited to announce the dates for our upcoming Summer 2012 Art Camps! 

•  

• Six sessions will be available:       

•                             July 9-12, 9 a.m. -noon

•                             July 9-12, 1 p.m. -4 p.m.

•                             July 16-19, 9 a.m. - noon

•                             July 16-19, 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.

•                             July 23-26, 9 a.m. -noon

•                             July 23-26, 1 p.m. - noon

•  

• The cost will be $100 for the week-long session (materials included).  A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to hold a spot.

•  

• Students ages 6 and over can participate in art camp.

•  

• Registration is limited to the first ten students who apply.  We will need at least six participants to run each camp.

•  

• Early registration is recommended, as art camps tend to fill quickly. 

•  

• Once again, art camps will be taught primarily by Rachelle's husband, Dan, the art teacher at Breckinridge Middle School.  Dan comes to us with a Master's degree in art education and over 8 years of experience.  He is a creative and dynamic teacher whom we are lucky to have on our team!

PRIVATE LESSONS

• Private art lessons for children and adults are available on a limited basis at a rate of $30 per hour-long session.
